Typically you will need the following documents
- Copy of driver’s license and social security card
- Copy of your last two pay stubs and last two years w2's, if applicable
- Copy of yearly social security awards letter showing how much you receive and provide two months banks statements (all pages) documenting money being deposited into account, if applicable
- Copy of Insurance policy for the home and flood insurance if you are in a flood zone.
- Copy of Survey of property
- Copy of current mortgage statement, for all loans
- Homeowner’s association info if applicable. If yes, please provide monthly, quarterly, or yearly fee; name of association, address, and phone #.
- If you have other rental properties, then we would need their mortgage statements, rental income, insurance declaration page and if the monthly mortgage includes taxes and insurance.
